So long... But, just for a little while

I was in the middle of writing a post about these amazing little vegan treats I created, but I had a moment of realization about this here bloggy. In the past six months-ish, I've been putting this blog on the back burner to focus on more pressing academic and personal things. Truly, it's been difficult to post consistently because I'm not really doing any substantial cooking/baking.

Now, I'm about to head into a grueling week and a half of preparing/writing/studying/reading for finals, and then about 2 more months of intense studying for the most important exam of my undergraduate career. And I don't mean that in my usual joking candor.

That being said, I'm going to take a break from Cooking College Chick until February. It will give me a chance to focus on my studying and academic work.

And when I come back in February, I plan on blowing your mind with many tasty recipes, sweet treats, and even some surprises!

Thank you for faithfully reading Cooking College Chick, and I hope to see you again when I return in February. In the meantime, I'm going to highlight my favorite recipes of 2012!
